Premium Buzzweld WAR Application - a underbody rust protection system. Stabilise the corrosion from a fast reactive oxide to a much lower oxidation rate. Rust develops when steel or iron is exposed to moisture and oxygen., To avoid rust it's necessary to seal the metal from these elements.

Process of Application

*Underneath of the vehicle is steamed cleaned.

*Exhaust, wheels and undertrays are removed for prepping. If specific items need to be removed from the vehicle then these will be added and cost accordingly.

*Prepping is the main key, vehicle is wired wheeled and needle gunned in the heavy crowed areas. At this point we may find additional work due to corrosion or breaking from age. If this is the case, customer will be contacted and advise on work to complete issue and costing i.e. welding.

*Two coats of rust encapsulator applied. High performance primer for rust, high zinc content which gives it a high performance anti-corrosive formulation.

*Two coats of WAR. A tough, abrasive and impact resistant underbody coating.

*Cavity wax sprayed inside the chassis. An excellent solution for providing rust protection on hard to reach areas. Protecting the inside of the chassis while the WAR protects the outside.
