GQ/GU Weld on Front Diff Guard

Sleek weld on design diff guard to help protect your housing and crown wheel from those "drive by brail" moments.

Laser cut and CNC folded 6mm mild steel. 2-piece design comes fully welded ready for installation!

Guard is designed to act somewhat like a skid as well to aid not stopping that oh so precious forward momentum while tackling your favorite trails.

From our measurements and checking, there are no clearance issues with panhard to top of guard, however, no 2 sets ups are the same, so we advise to always check your parameters for any possible issues.

For those concerned and would like to check, the top of the guard is 45mm below the center of the filler plug. and 25mm forwards of the pumpkin measured from where the crown wheel would be. IE, the furthest forward part of the pumpkin.

Comes with 4mm radius arm brace for the inside drivers' side mount. This helps with getting a full weld around the guard, as well as help brace up the radius arm mount which is known to get a little flimsy.

Becuase of this radius arm brace, this guard design wont suit those running any plates on the outside of the radius arms. IE, 5link or hyper flex. Those running superflex set ups will be fine as the plates are only on the passenger side.

A different version of the guard will be designed soon to not have this issue.

No 2 housings are identical, we do our best to get the most accurate fitting products possible, however we cannot account for oversized factory welds, different shaped pressed items etc. Some trimming may be required for a precise fit. We try to design our parts to have some meat to take off, rather then a big gap to fill.
